How much does an automatic gate cost to install?
Most installs we do run about $6,000 to $22,000. Gate type, width, material, the operator and access options, and site work like trenching for power all affect the price. We give a firm number after a free site visit.
Can you repair my gate the same day?
Usually. Most repairs are finished on the first visit, because our trucks carry common boards, arms, sensors and parts. Some brand-specific parts need to be ordered.
Do you repair gates you didn't install?
Yes. We service every major brand, including LiftMaster, Chamberlain, DoorKing, Apollo, Linear/Nice, Viking and FAAC.
Can my existing manual gate be automated?
Most can. We fit an operator to the gate you have, check the hinges and structure, and add safety devices and entry options.
Do you offer emergency service?
Yes. Our emergency line answers 24/7 for gates stuck open, stuck closed or unsafe.
How often should a gate be serviced?
At least once a year, and sooner if it gets noisy, slow or starts reversing. High-traffic commercial gates need more frequent visits. A maintenance visit is a fixed $395.
Should I try to fix the opener myself?
Simple checks like power, remote batteries and photo eyes are fine. Opening the operator or touching wiring is dangerous and can void your warranty.
