Common problems we fix
Gates stop because of dead batteries, failed boards after a power surge, worn gearboxes, misaligned photo eyes, drifting limits or a bad receiver. We test the whole system, fix the cause and check the safety devices before we leave.
Reliable work, a fair price and good communication.

Which gate opener brands do you repair?
We repair all major brands, including LiftMaster, DoorKing, Apollo, Viking, Nice, FAAC, Linear, HySecurity, BFT and many older and discontinued models.
Why did my gate opener stop working?
The most common causes are a dead battery, a failed board after a power surge, a blocked or misaligned photo eye, drifting limits, worn gears or a bad receiver.
Can you fix my gate the same day?
Often, yes. Our trucks carry common parts, so many repairs are finished on the first visit. Special-order parts can take a few days.
Should I repair or replace my gate opener?
If the operator is in good shape and parts are available, repair is usually best. If it is old, discontinued or needs repeat repairs, a new operator often costs less over time. We give you both prices.
Do you repair openers you did not install?
Yes. We repair most gate operators, whoever installed them.
My remotes stopped working. Can you help?
Yes. We test the remotes and receiver, reprogram or replace remotes, and upgrade the receiver if needed.
Do you offer emergency gate repair?
Yes. If your gate is stuck open or shut, call us and we will prioritize it. See our emergency gate repair page.
